Podimo is one of Europe’s fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with expertise in growth and acquisition-focused design for web and mobile. As we continue our journey to become the leading bite-sized audio platform, we’re building a world-class design team to elevate user experiences and drive growth. We want to invest in design that optimizes user acquisition, engagement, and retention, and keeps our products at the forefront of the industry. This is where you come in!

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for impactful design and a strong track record in user-centered experiences that drive business growth. You’ll shape experiences across our web and mobile platforms, from early concepts to final features, working closely with UX research, product, and development teams. You will also optimize our commercial website, landing pages, sign-up flows, and paywalls, directly enhancing the user journey and conversion rates.

Your main responsibilities in this role:

• Design user-centric, acquisition-focused experiences that drive growth across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, and data teams to validate hypotheses and improve designs based on data insights
• Optimize commercial website elements, including landing pages, sign-up flows, and paywalls, to enhance user acquisition and conversions
• Evolve our design system and processes to maintain consistency, clarity, and scalability
• Support product discovery and ideation phases, exploring future features and growth opportunities
• Become an essential part of our "Pathfinder" squad, dedicated to optimizing acquisition and conversion flows and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new listeners entering the world of podcasts and audiobooks.

This is you

You are a creative, detail-oriented designer with a passion for growth-focused product design. You bring extensive experience in web and mobile design and understand the intricacies of iOS and Android. You thrive in fast-paced environments and lead projects that balance rapid experimentation with high-quality results. 

Your Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in user interface design, focusing on consumer products
  
• Expertise in growth and acquisition design, particularly for mobile apps and web optimization
• Deep understanding of Apple and Android design conventions
• Strong experience with Figma and other design/animation tools
• Proven track record in optimizing conversion-focused flows, such as landing pages and sign-up/paywall flows
• Proactive collaborator and communicator, comfortable with cross-functional teams
• Experience presenting design strategies and advocating for decisions at the leadership level

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
