Jouw rol

Als Social Media Manager bij Podimo speel je een sleutelrol in het vergroten van onze merkbekendheid en het activeren van onze podcasts via social media. Je brengt onze content op een creatieve en unieke manier tot leven, met een focus op Instagram, TikTok en YouTube. Je werkt nauw samen met het Nederlandse marketing team en hebt sterke connecties met je internationale collega’s. Je rapporteert aan de Head of Marketing Nederland en wordt onderdeel van een gedreven en enthousiast team in Amsterdam.

Wat ga je doen?

- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategische social media-campagnes voor Podimo om onze titels te promoten en engagement te vergroten.

- Beheren van de social media-kalender en analyse van prestaties op wekelijkse, maandelijkse en per kwartaalbasis.

- Volgen van de nieuwste social media-trends, tools en technologieën en deze vertalen naar relevante activaties.

- Creëren en beheren van community engagement, het beantwoorden van vragen en het stimuleren van interactie met onze volgers.

- Samenwerken met global teams, lokale activation managers en andere afdelingen zoals, Content, PR, Paid Media om je creatieve social plannen uit te voeren.

- Meedenken over interactieve content, zoals quizzen, polls en storytellingformats.

- Selecteren en briefen van de beste audio- en videofragmenten die potentie hebben om viraal te gaan.

- Werken met podcastmakers, zowel online als in de studio of op events, om inspirerende content te creëren.

- Gebruikmaken van interne en externe data en analytics om strategieën te verfijnen en toekomstige campagnes te optimaliseren.

Dit ben jij

Jij bent een creatieve en proactieve social media-expert met een passie voor podcasts, storytelling en community-building.

Wat we zoeken

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Social Media Manager of in een soortgelijke rol.

- Diepgaande kennis van TikTok, Instagram en YouTube—je weet precies wat werkt.

- Creatief en gestructureerd: je kunt ideeën bedenken én goed uitvoeren.

- Analytisch: je duikt graag in data om te ontdekken wat wel en niet werkt.

- Vloeiend in Nederlands en een goede beheersing van Engels.

Een passie voor podcasts, audio-content, media en entertainment is een plus! 🎙️🔥
