Jouw rol

Als Social Media Manager zorg je voor de ontwikkeling en executie van de social media strategie op alle social media kanalen van Podimo Nederland. Je combineert strategisch denken met hands-on uitvoering en werkt nauw samen met contentmakers en activatie managers om ervoor te zorgen dat de content op elk platform klopt en aanspreekt. Je beheert de organische social media voor zowel het merk als specifieke shows, bouwt een betrokken community op en houdt de interactie met volgers levendig. Je rapporteert aan de Head of Marketing en speelt een sleutelrol in het laten groeien van Podimo’s online aanwezigheid.

Wat ga je doen?

• Ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategische social media-campagnes voor Podimo om onze podcasts te promoten en engagement te vergroten.

• Werk samen met showrunners en activatie managers om de beste momenten uit shows te spotten en om te zetten in sterke social content.

• Creëer virale content die perfect aansluit bij het desbetreffende platform en doelgroep.

• Ga actief in gesprek met onze volgers; reageer op comments, DM’s en mentions.

• Stimuleer interactie met creatieve formats zoals polls, Q&A’s en challenges.

• Houd de nieuwste trends en virals in de gaten en speel hier slim op in.

• Gebruik data en analytics om contentstrategieën continu te verbeteren.

• Monitor engagement, bereik en community-groei en stuur bij op basis van inzichten.

• Werk met podcastmakers, zowel online als in de studio of op events, om inspirerende content te maken.

• Zorg voor een soepele uitvoering van de social strategie en een consistente merkbeleving.
  
  

Dit ben jij

Jij bent een creatieve en proactieve social media-expert met een passie voor podcasts, storytelling en community-building.

Wat we zoeken:

• Minimaal 4+ jaar ervaring als Social Media Manager of in een soortgelijke rol.

• Diepgaande kennis van TikTok, Instagram en YouTube—je weet precies wat werkt.

• Creatief en gestructureerd: je kunt ideeën bedenken én goed uitvoeren.

• Analytisch: je duikt graag in data om te ontdekken wat wel en niet werkt.

• Planning & Flexibiliteit: je plant vooruit, maar kunt ook razendsnel schakelen.

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en een goede beheersing van Engels.

• Een passie voor podcasts, audio-content, media en entertainment is een plus!
