This is the role
As social media continues to drive growth at Podimo, we’re looking for a hands-on, experimental, and execution-driven Global Designer for Social Media, with a sharp eye for trends and a strong understanding of what resonates visually across social platforms, both in organic and paid environments.
The role sits within the Global Brand & Creative team, but is dedicated to supporting our Global Social Growth team, offering the best of both worlds: deep involvement in social content development, paired with strong creative sparring and guidance.
As a global designer for social media, you’ll thrive on cross-functional collaboration, working closely with both global and local teams to turn ideas into scalable creative systems for creators and platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives being hands-on, ensuring fast execution and iteration, and creativity at scale - someone who finds joy in designing, templating, testing, and refining until we hit what performs. You believe that great creative is only as valuable as how quickly we can bring it to life and learn from it.
Fluency in English is required.
Your main responsibilities in this role:
Content & Creative Execution
Design high-impact creative assets for organic and paid social (Primarily TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
Produce both static and motion pieces: reels, memes, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and more.
Build Canva and CapCut template libraries for rapid iteration and localization.
Create ready-to-go content templates for podcast creators and influencers to self-activate using CapCut.
Edit short-form video to match trends, narratives, and platform-native styles.
Creative Experimentation & Trendspotting
Monitor and act on content trends, designing for cultural moments and platform behavior.
Use AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) to boost efficiency and explore new creative pathways.
Ideate and produce multiple iterations of assets to test hooks, formats, and CTAs.
Collaboration
You will work closely with the Social Growth teams on translating creative ideas, messages and briefs into compelling visuals.
Collaborate with Paid Growth team on creating conversion-optimized creatives for paid social campaigns.
Work closely with our Creative Production Manager to continuously share learnings and hypotheses.
Share templates across local markets and creators to scale what's working.
This is you
Experience we’re looking for:
2–4 years of experience designing for social media and content marketing.
Expert in Canva and CapCut and have video editing skills (Adobe Premiere).
Experience creating paid social assets and understanding how to optimize creatives for performance.
Familiarity with AI tools for creative acceleration (bonus if you’ve used them to build content pipelines).
Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video and visual storytelling tailored for social.
Passion for experimentation, trend interpretation, and performance-oriented design.
Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!

We might change it up to make sure it makes sense. Our main focus is to run an efficient and enjoyable interview process. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and the preferred starting date is ASAP or shortly thereafter.
