This is the role
The Senior Growth Analyst will play a key role in supporting our global user acquisition and retention strategy by providing data and insights across both paid and organic marketing activities. From funnel diagnostics and conversion paths to campaign performance and attribution, this role is essential to building a stronger, more data-driven growth engine at Podimo.
You will partner closely with Paid Media, Social Growth, and Product teams to track impact, identify opportunities, and drive growth through solid experimentation and data driven decision-making.
Your main responsibilities in this role:
Support our Demand Generation with funnel Analytics, assess performance across the funnel, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve conversion rates, and post conversion user retention.
Campaign Analysis: Deliver insights on campaign and key moment effectiveness (both paid and organic), and support campaign planning with historical insights and forecast modeling.
Paid Media Attribution: Collaborate with our agency on attribution modelling, maintain and enhance attribution frameworks to connect media spend with downstream KPIs like CAC, LTV, and retention.
SEO & Web Analytics: Track web traffic, SEO performance, and on-site behavior to surface insights on content performance and organic audience growth.
Social & Creator Analytics: Analyze creators, influencers and Podimo-owned social content, understand what drives spikes in performance and quantify their impact on user acquisition.
Dashboarding & Tooling: Work with BI team to build and maintain data sets and dashboards, ensuring that insights are accessible, accurate, and actionable.
Experimentation & Hypothesis Testing: Support hypothesis building, testing efforts and experimentation roadmaps to improve growth and retnetion effectiveness.
Insights & Recommendations: Analyze data across all channels to deliver clear, actionable recommendations that guide business decisions, optimize performance, and drive growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth, Content, Social, and Product teams to align on metrics, share insights, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Mandate
Develop and maintain a growth marketing analytics framework that supports decision making across the entire funnel and channel mix.
Ensure we are tracking, reporting, and acting on the most meaningful KPIs for paid media, SEO, web, and social.
Drive a strong culture of testing, iteration, and insight sharing within the global Growth team.
Experience we’re looking for:
3–5 years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or performance data roles.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of both organic (SEO, web and social) and paid (media mix, attribution, funnel metrics) growth levers.
Hands-on experience with SQL (BigQuery), Looker, Mix Panel, Google Analytics and other similar tools.
Experience with forecasting is a plus, and familiarity with Python or R is highly desirable
Familiarity with social analytics tools (Metricool, Kolsquare, Social Blade), platform specific insights (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube Studio, etc.) and how they connect to reach, engagement and conversion.
Proven ability to communicate insights clearly and visually to diverse stakeholders.
A proactive mindset, excited about digging into data, spotting trends, and sharing actionable recommendations.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.
Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
