We are one of the fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms in Europe, and we are now looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing team.

This is the role

By joining our small, ambitious cloud infrastructure team at Podimo, you'll be responsible for refining requirements, architecture, releases, testing, development, and maintenance of solutions.

Podimo is modernizing its cloud infrastructure and adopting scalable technologies with best practices. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll influence key decisions to manage platform growth. Our team works closely with development teams to build a self-service cloud infrastructure, sharing know-how, best practices, and creating reusable components. We're looking for a motivated Engineer to be part of this transformative journey.

What you'll do:

• Design and deploy scalable, secure and resilient cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  

• Collaborate with development teams to define infrastructure.
  

• Explore, test, and propose new tools that can improve platform ecosystem.
  

• Develop infrastructure as code (IaC).
  

• Document processes, procedures and best practices for cloud infrastructure management.
  

• Ensure development tools and infrastructure is up-to-date.

This is you

• Practical experience with cloud, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred
  

• Experience with Kubernetes and other Cloud Native technologies (for instance: Docker, Cloud Run, Artifact Registry, etc.).
  

• Experience with Terraform.
  

• Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab
  

• Experience with monitoring, alerting and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging)
  

• Result-oriented team player with a pragmatic approach and good communication skills
  

• Ability to prioritize workload.
  

• Experience with Cloudflare.
  

• Development experience with Java, Kotlin or Python is a plus
  
  Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
