Are you interested in CRM, data-driven marketing, and customer lifecycle communication? We are looking for a motivated student worker to join our Global Lifecycle Marketing team as a CRM Campaign Manager. This is a hands-on role where you will gain practical experience planning and executing large-scale CRM campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
You will become a crucial part of a global lifecycle marketing team of six people, working closely with a dedicated CRM Specialist while also taking independent ownership of campaign coordination and execution.
The position is based at our HQ in Copenhagen. The role is approximately 20 hours per week with flexible working hours.
Starting date: April 1, 2026
What you'll do:
As a CRM Campaign Manager Student Worker, you will:
Plan and coordinate large-scale CRM campaigns around key moments and seasonal events
Manage and administer campaign execution across CRM channels, including email (newsletters), push notifications, and in-app messaging
Develop campaign concepts and messaging tailored to relevant audiences and segments
Develop campaign concepts that align with our brand identity and drive customer engagement.
Coordinate campaign execution with local markets and internal stakeholders
Support audience segmentation based on user behaviour and data insights
Help ensure timely and accurate campaign deliveries
Work with customer data to support personalisation and targeting
Support continuous improvements in campaign processes and CRM setup
This is you
We are looking for a student currently enrolled in a marketing-related degree with a strong interest in CRM and data-driven marketing.
Ideally, you:
Are studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
Have a strong interest in segmentation, user behaviour, and personalised communication
An interest in the creative side of CRM, i.e. copy, visuals and overall branding.
Are curious about technical CRM setups and data handling
Have a structured and detail-oriented working style
Are proactive and able to work independently
Are eager to learn and develop new skills
Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
